Co-ordination and support staff members are responsible for a wide variety of tasks including payroll, accounts, information systems, administration etc. In addition, there are a number of positions that are specific to the air transport industry:

Revenue Management Analyst
Revenue Management Pricing involves maximising Company revenue for every flight through careful use of fares and reservation classes.
The role of the Pricer comes into play before a flight is put on the market by defining different airfares to attract the largest possible range of customers.
The Revenue Management analyst is responsible for a portfolio of flight routes which are monitored flight by flight. Sophisticated decision making tools are used to attribute the optimal number of seats to each class of reservation according to the number of expected passengers.
It is their role to identify specific events which may affect demand (exhibitions, sporting events…), the Revenue Management Analyst analyses the traffic statistics for each class of reservation and remains up to date with the competition, both surface and air.

Programme Analyst
The Scheduling Analyst is in charge of developing, expanding and monitoring of the company’s schedule for the season to come. This schedule runs parallel with the IATA season (summer: April to October, winter: November to March) and represents the basis of the company’s product.
The Scheduling Analyst's first task is the monitoring and inspection of new routes and changes to existing routes. This is carried out together with the Operational Programme and Management Revenue.
He/she is expected to write economic studies, market research, and studies of traffic patterns in order to evaluate the optimal combinations for the next schedule. The Scheduling Analyst will be able to conceive different scenarii based on company parameters (the fleet, maintenance, flight crew rosters).
