A pressurised jet designed for regional transport, the ERJ 145 is renown for high performance and low operating costs. There are several versions, the ER (extended range), LR (high range) and XR (very high range). The aircraft is equipped with fuel efficient and low-noise jet engines. The cabin is pressurised at 538 hPa and offers a calm and relaxing flight even in turbulent conditions. Since it was put on the market in 1996 over 600 ERJ 145 jets have been sold worldwide.
